Few basics of business
1. Know what your customer want (a.k.a. Listen to customer)
2. Know what you have (your capabilities)
3. Know what will take to close the gaps between 1 and 2
4.Establish system and monitor to ensure flawless execution
Or have an undisciplined business with lot of activities and LEAN program to UNLEAN something you do not know.
any good businessman or sensible worker knows how this works right.
