Attitude is how you decide to approach life, not in how life decides to approach you. Nice reflection.


It can not be fulfilled by training along. Attitude or mindset at work makes a difference.

Dear Anand,
I am glad to read about the Taiwanese happy agent. These kinds of experiences make us feel enthusiastic and change our moods too.It is a pity that some of us forget how lucky we are and God has given us so much compered to others and mope at little set backs in life. Thanks for sharing.. The key thing is that the check-in counter agent wanted you to have a pleasant experience. Having that perspective in mind for a customer is what I call being customer oriented.
