1. Having good people and not know them
2. Knowing good people and not use them
3. Using good people and not trust them
Reflection:
This wisdom applies not only at work but in personal life as well.
The role of a leader or a parent is to instill good values in their employees and children, provide a healthy environment, and then trust that they will execute their tasks well.
Many people have asked me what situation motivated me to write this Friday Reflection?
Well, nothing serious and neither work related. (:-
Answer is simple: My home computer was down for 36 hours due to McCafee anit virus situation that shut down some computes.
So I called FR people and asked them to pull one good one out of the book (archeives)..Yes, that simple, nothing else.

These are very good principles. The challenge is to find the good people and make sure they continue to be good.
