Wonderful. this brings back memories of the boss I had in my previous company. Whatever the last book he read or the last seminar he attended was the theme of the week?month> but his own behavior did not reflect what he talked> seemed that he never grasped what he was supposed to learn but wanted to look progressive by starting new slogans> no walk the talk>
good reflection

Hey, This seems like what happen in my company. Big talks about LEAN, Prevention Approach but when the problem happen, no system approach, many reactive approach. High level managers no show leadership.
