For the 7th one, I would add that it is important to set *BIG* goals Conversely break down each goal into small and doable parts that can help keep one on track.
This is embodied by the aphorism "Little Strokes Fell Great Oaks", since one has to both dream of chopping the great trees and have the understanding of how to break down the task into little strokes.
