« You Can Take a Horse to Water but You Cannot Make Him Drink | Main | Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions* »

Very timely. I was reading an article about one of the biggest flaws in leadership development in organizations where we think that teaching leadership development is the way someone can become a leader. Instead it is the employee who has to learn from his or her experiences that will develop them as a leader. Great insight !!

Like Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (author of The Little Prince), Richard Bach is an aviator. There must be something about flying that gives one a higher perspective...
“What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.”
― Richard Bach (from "Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah")
