“Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” - Lou Holtz.
And Action will decide if it has been done 

Attitude is how you decide to approach life, not in how life decides to approach you. Nice reflection.

Jerry

It can not be fulfilled by training along. Attitude or mindset at work makes a difference.

A note from JM (Posted by FR team)

Just read your Taiwan airport story about 3 days after taking the exact Asiana Taipei to Seoul flight myself.
And they are as friendly and cheerful as you said.

Hope things are going well for you and thanks for the continued reading.

Best wishes.

Dear Anand,
I am glad to read about the Taiwanese happy agent. These kinds of experiences make us feel enthusiastic and change our moods too.It is a pity that some of us forget how lucky we are and God has given us so much compered to others and mope at little set backs in life. I hope that you will always meet happy and enthusiastic people like that and have very pleasant experiences.
Love ,

Thanks for sharing.. The key thing is that the check-in counter agent wanted you to have a pleasant experience. Having that perspective in mind for a customer is what I call being customer oriented.
