The Echo Chamber

Reflection:  The term “Echo Chamber” refers to a situation where information, ideas or beliefs become accepted wisdom just because they are frequently repeated (amplified) within a certain “enclosed space”.  That space could be your organization, or your professional and personal circle.  If you want to get out-of-the-box perspectives or ideas, the best place to look is outside your own “enclosed space”.
